Cora - almost 3 years old and Luke - 20 months.
5:45-7:00 Play (downstairs or outside depending on weather)
7:55-8:10 Books in Luke's Room! This is the favorite as two kids pile on top of one of us in the lazy boy recliner to hear the evening bedtime stories. There are usually 2-3 books and then Cora goes to her room where the other adult is waiting to read to her - or she waits until whoever she just left is finished with Luke.
8:15 Songs and Good night to Luke - His newest ADORABLE HABIT is to ask to go to bed (thank goodness) and hand his "baby" (stuffed dog or bear) up to you to *KISS* and then he kisses them and he rolls to his side and goes to sleep. (He may still wake up in the middle of the night, but at least bedtime is getting easier!)

I am impressed that you're eating by 5.00! I wish we were able to do that. It is such a rush to fit everything in between 5.30 (when Charlie gets home) and 7.00 (bedtime).
What time will wake up be? Freddie is logging 11-12 hour nights and one 2-3 hour nap a day, but that seems like a whole lot of sleep to me and I am wondering how much longer it will last.
About the same sleep schedule for Cora and Freddie - she is almost 3 and still a good sleeper.
Luke - he has no routine. Shorter naps and awake in the middle of the night. Today, Dave had to put him in the car and drive because he wouldn't fall asleep! He is a MESS :-)
that is much better then my routine: 5:25 get home, 5:45 feed twins (one then the other, both gets ugly and they are yelling at me with grunts), Andrew dinner, bath molly, bath landon, bath andrew, 7 twins in jammas/Jay home, 7:30 andrew brush teeth and off to bed. 8 fix adult dinner and do bottles, 8:45 Jay sleeping, 10 feed twins last bottle. 10:30 bed Gwen.
Gwen - reading your routine makes me tired!!!! I keep asking my friend who has 12 year old twins. . .she says the first 3 years are a blur but it does get better!!! :-)
