Cora is starting a lacrosse class through the YMCA and we wanted to practice a little before her first class (especially since the first class was three weeks ago and we were out of town for the first two weeks of her class).
It was GORGEOUS outside and so we went outside to get her motivated and ready. Teaching her a few key points included, where to hold your hands, how to throw, and the concept of catching.
Cora is a fast learner and is able to emulate moves she sees.
Luke needed a few lessons and still didn't quite understand the process.
He kept dropping the ball so he got more practice picking up the ball then he did throwing the ball.
After a little while of lessons the kids just wanted to free-for-all play. We had to warn them a few times not to hit each other with the sticks but they enjoyed running around and pretending to play. We will have to get them out to visit Uncle Jay for a few pointers. . .
SSSOOOOOOOO HAPPPPPY the weather is nicer. The temperature was around 70 degrees and I played golf for the first time this season later in the evening. I got home just in time to put the kids to bed and then watch some March Madness with Dave.

Uncle Jay will be happy to help! We will have to bring our sticks when we come. I hope Cora has fun!
