St. Patrick's Day

In years past St. Patrick's Day was filled with beer and bars to celebrate the festive holiday. However, these days our time is spent a little differently. . .
We spent it as a family at Pump It Up in Williamsport, MD.
The kids jumped for an hour and then had some pizza. We met up with friends Ms. Amy, Carrie & Atlee.
Cora loved the obstacle course. This is the entrance and she spent a lot of time here trying to get in. The bigger kids often pushed and shoved to get past her, but my polite little girl either gave them a dirty look or told them, "No Thank You!!" just like I taught her. I had trouble keeping my mouth closed (as did Dave) when we are so used to correcting children's behaviors all day at school - but Cora is working on learning to stand up for herself ~ politely. (A very big difference from her mother ;-)
The slide is always fun - Cora used to be skeptical about the slide - this visit she was brave and yelling, "WhooHoo" all the way down!
Luke did everything that his big sister did - he was brave and laughing the whole time!! He even had a nice bruise (in between his eyes - on his forehead) from falling and hitting his head on the sliding board at daycare!!
On the way home Cora couldn't be happier, a balloon in one hand and a lollipop in the other!!

Do did you have some green jello shots at home waiting??? Would it kill places like this to have a daiquiri machine?

That little bruise on his head is pretty cute!
