"In The Streets"

Every year we go to Frederick for an annual Fall festival aptly named, "In The Streets."
The festival used to include a long day of walking, drinking, and ending on the rooftop of a parking deck dancing to a great 80's band, "The Reagan Years."

The past few years - it is the family arriving early to beat the crowds, playing a few street carnival games, dancing to a few kids songs, stopping by the petting zoo and then out of the area by lunch time to arrive home in time for naps.

Cora wanted to help.
Cora wouldn't put down the lollipop!
Only one hand could get dirty - so she has three prints of her right hand ;-)
Jumping around on the gymnastics mats!
This year we pushed it a little longer by stopping by the rugby game to the new field and some friends we haven't seen in a while.

The kids were in bed for late afternoon naps and we were making a nice dinner for the family.
