Luke was in a Parent/Child "gymnastics" class for about 10 weeks at The Little Gym. It is every Tuesday night from 6:15 - 7pm. He LOVES the class and loves running all over the place.
Cora took this same class last year and her experience was very different. She sat during circle time, followed directions, and loved the other kids as much as the gymnastics.
Luke runs around like crazy, could care less about the other kids, and really only listens to Ms. Julie.
The experience of attempting to follow instructions and playing on the equipment is what we are happy Luke had the chance to do.
The kids all got medals and Luke was first up to the podium. He didn't know what to expect and was a little nervous.
But when he sat down in his dad's lap and looked down at what he had on his neck he looked up and said, "I have a medal" and smiled!
It was a great class and Dave was a lucky man to chase after Luke each week ;-)
