Christmas 2011 (Part III - with the Gentzel family)

The last Christmas celebration was with Dave's family at his sister's house. We open presents, have a nice dinner, then head off to Hershey Park for the Candy Lane Celebration .Present opening happens quickly and you better be paying attention because all 7 kids open presents at once and paper flies everywhere.
Every once in a while you catch a glimpse of what someone gets and their reaction to the present.
Above, Micaela opens up something that makes her smile while below Tatiana is watching the chaos with joy.Dave's mom opens up her present to find dish soap. She was a little confused until she read the dish soap to see that she was getting a new dishwasher to replace the noisy one she has.

Finally we are off to Hershey Park. Unfortunately, we seemed to pick the coldest day of an unusually warm December. We were all bundled from head to toe.

Kids and parents enjoy this evening as the cousins run around asking us to watch one light show or another.
The rides were a hit but Cora found herself scared on the "Frog Hopper" this year while Luke laughed the whole time - asking to do it again!

Pictured below in the pink frog is Cora, to the right is Micaela, then Trey, then Luke, and finally Bri.

The airplane ride has Cora and Braylon laughing all the way around and around and around.
Ending the evening on the Merry-Go-Round is fun yet a very dizzy experience... I look forward to when they don't need me standing next to them and I can ride my own horse.

Brianna and Aunt Christina enjoy their ride.

Lastly, is a silly picture at the fountain before we head home. Cora is so tired that she can't even smile for pictures anymore and Luke who had fallen asleep on Daddy's shoulder woke up so he could growl at everyone!! Another fun year, hopefully next year will be a little warmer, but what can we expect in December in Pennsylvania!?!
