Visit from Owen Family

My sister, her husband and their three kids came for a visit. Andrew is 4 and the twins are 13 weeks old. Molly and Landon are a HANDFUL and there constantly seems to be not enough hands to keep them happy!

Molly is the "good" one who is usually content with herself. However, this weekend she had a rough first night and didn't let her mom sleep much.
Landon is the "tough" one who is either smiling or crying. He is a handsome fellow when happy and a LOUD baby when crying. The crying is hard to get used to - because usually someone is crying!!

Cora and Andrew played all weekend - they were running around outside, playing downstairs, watching TV, and "sharing" toys. They both did a great job of being cousins!

I loved spending time with the babies - but this weekend may have helped me make up my mind about having another child. . . All I have to say is that my sister and her husband, Jay, are SAINTS and deserve major respect for how well they hold it together and work together and make it look easy!!
The amount of "stuff" that comes with a baby is easy to forget after you have put it all away as your kids grow out of it. . . the kids and adults seemed to play around it and only one baby was stepped on by Luke!!
This is "Cora's baby" as she called Molly. . . although Cora was happy to give them back once they started to cry.
Snack time before bed time was fun - both cups were spilled . . . the mess that comes with children seems to never be completely cleaned up. :-)

For all the ups and downs these two had this weekend - overall they had a wonderful time and I am sure they will miss each other. It will only be two weeks before we are all together again for Thanksgiving - we really have a lot to be thankful for this year!!
